High quality/customizability for the price
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this keyboard to replace a old CM quickfire rapid tenkeyless keyboard with Cherry MX brown switches. A few keys had the switches stop working and since they are soldered in, I began browsing for replacement options. I initially chose brown switches because I was not sure if I would like the significant click that came with other options like blue or green switches but I have found I realy like the satickfying tactile click that came with them. I looked at seveal options including all of Logitechs offerings since I have been a die hard logitech periphreal user for a long time and they have always stood by their products. The thing that really stuck out to me and made me select this keyboard was the fact that It was much cheaper than its competitors in the market for low profile options, has lots of after market choices like inidvidually swapping switches, replacing and customizing switches with other types, and the form factor is fantastic. At work I do most of my other typing on low profile laptop keyboard so this feels more natural and is easier for me to maintain. Because of the bluetooth function I can even us this keyboard to pair with my Ipad or laptop for a better typing experience. I will update this review if I have any Issues but so far with a week of use I have very much enjoyed it. I have attached a video for anyone to see how the gateron blue switches sound.

The Feel and Sound... What a Joy!
I love typing on this keyboard. After I tried it, I hated typing at work so I bought a second one to use at work. It's compact, but heavy and solid, and the keys have a great feel. I'm amazed that Bluetooth as a technology is still so horrible after all these years, and this keyboard is par for the course. (It seems like 2% of US GDP is spent on people trying get Bluetooth to work.) But luckily this keyboard also works through a reliable USB connection. Recommended!

Keycaps are not great, and VERY hard to replace
There are a lot of pros for this keyboard:- At this price point (for complete build) it's really high quality- Backlight custimization, case, and USB-C are great- Gateron switches are fantastic- Hot-swappable is a must if you plan to change anything or expiriment down the roadCons:- Keycap profile is unusable ( at least for me). This was my biggest issue, the "stair-step" low-profile combined with small keycaps and space in between keys is very different and difficult to type on. If you only use it for gaming it would be ok at best, but for typing at all its very annoying with lots of fingers running into the side of keys and typos.- Keycaps are extremely difficult to replace because of the "offset" stabalizers. There are only a couple available and the color/profile/materials are extremely limited.- It does have that annoying charge light that everyone complains about.I ended up returning it because you can't readily find keycaps to replace the "triangle offset" keys that are basically obsolete now, and the ones it comes with are really badly shaped.

finally found the one
i tried 4 or 5 different mechanical keyboard brands until finding this one, which is exactly what i was looking for. everything that's needed on a keyboard, and no useless bells and whistles that do nothing but entice wannabe streamers to buy it for their insta feed. the minimalist design of this keyboard along with the low profile give it the smallest possible footprint on the desk, and it's built like a tank.i love it so much i bought a second one for work.

Good build quality but some glaring issues
The keyboard feels great, seems sturdy (time will tell) but right out of the bat, the eye searing blue LEDs that you can’t turn off are a disappointment. There is also an issue with some of the custom keys such as the microphone one. In Windows it’s permanently mapped to Cortana but Cortana was phased out, so the key is useless. This keyboard can’t be programmed so there’s no fixing that.Other than that, this is one of the only Keychron models with see-through key backlighting, which was one of the main reasons I went for it. The programmable ones have opaque keys and the backlighting is useless (only for show).

No Indication Keyboard Was Used/Very Poor Performance
This keyboard is not advertised as pre-owned, but it arrived with stains on the keys, as well as missing replacement keys that are pictured in the product listing. For functionality, the keyboard "sort of" works. The buttons just don't respond 10% of the time--and this is made significantly worse when connecting through bluetooth. A lot of the keys get stuck and have to be unstuck multiple times a day. In the month since I've purchased this, each of the keyboard's problems have gotten worse and worse. Really would not recommend.

Super comfortable.
So far so good. Beautiful. Heavy and sturdy. Connects easily to MB pro. Love the typing experience and the ten-key is an absolute must. The low profile is a great middle-ground between a mb pro and a full high keyboard. Love the white backlight but rarely use it so as to save battery. Highly recommend!

Best Low-Profile Keyboard
As of late 2023 this keyboard is possibly the best low-profile keyboard on the market, excluding custom builds and ultra high-end stuff. I bought both the brown and the reds and both are excellent. The top selling points are:- hefty all-aluminum body- replaceable feet (2 types of feet = 2 angles)- rgb lighting (default keycaps not shine-thru!)- usb c only- programmable with open source tools (QMK/VIA)My main criticism would be not offering the option of see-thru keycaps on their product page. Selling RGB lighting without see-thru keys is somewhat contradictory. I had to go to their main website (not on Amazon) and pay an extra $25.
