Novel Design, Adequate Power
For some reason both my wife and I got rid of our hand mixers when we got married four years ago. Finding that a large stand mixer did not meet all of our needs for whipping up something quick, we decided to go looking for a handmixer. This one caught our eye for its novel design and supposed ergonomic features. We managed to find it in Amazon warehouse deals at a discount and quickly ordered it. In use we find that it’s really not that much more comfortable to hold that a normal handmixer. It is somewhat awkward to set down as it doesn’t really balance on the handle as well as it should, and the beaters tend to pop out of their slots. Other than that it does what it says it will do and has enough power for the job.

Wow, what a great mixer
Used one of these at a friends house and couldn't wait to get home to order one for my kitchen. It is powerful yet has a great low speed. Easy to use and logical controls. It looks to be the last mixer I will ever buy. Unless, of course, Makita comes out with a cordless one!

Buy a different mixer!
I purchased my first one of these at Christmas. It worked for 2 months and then wouldn't change speeds and shut off in 5 seconds. I had to keep turning it off and on to finish making my cake. I thought maybe I over worked it, so I purchased a replacement, but this mixer is doing the same thing, right out of the box! Obviously, there is a defect in this mixer and I'm not buying a third!
