One of the best books I have read, I would read it again too, to change your life it's important you change the way you think and this book has definitely helped me in many ways. I would recommend this to anyone trying to change their negative ways of thinking and especially to anyone suffering depression. Love it

To simplistic to be of any use.
His understanding of normal life is to simplistic.Eg.I order to give up smoking.Answer:Stop smoking.Go figure?The whole book is written in this style.Very disappointing.If I'd known this little nugget of information I definitely wouldn't have bought it.100 % not recommended.
