Love Don’t Play Games
This was a spirited love story where hearts grew through the game of love. I loved the back and forth between Isis and Freedom. I enjoyed the chase. A good storyline with a great plot. Characters that were flawed but true. And I love the humor interwoven into the dialogue.

They were working on my nerves!
I enjoyed this book, read in one sitting even but my goodness they were working on my nerves with the back and forth knowing they both wanted each other. Isis to her families experiences of what not to do in relationships a bit too literal and her philosophy on relationships almost cost her the love of her life.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Perfection! Snatched me right out of my reading slump. Even stubborn a** Isis didn’t ruin this for me. But let’s be real, Free was the real MVP here. Can I order one, does Amazon deliver?I hate I waited so long to read it, after seeing this promoted so often on social media. However, the mistake has been corrected and I’m glad I did😬.

Freedom is everything
Where has Freedom been all my life??? Now, Kema knew what she was doing because Freedom was a rapper and he definitely could talk that talk. Everything he did had a rhythm and a cadence, a persistent beat. He was a masterpiece and he was a man who knew what he wanted. Nothing's sexier than a decisive man--a self-aware man. I honestly loved him.Isis was frustrating, but I understood everything she was trying to overcome and deal with. And I honestly liked that she was living her life on her own terms, even if she had a hard time confronting why she set the terms. Her journey was relatable, felt familiar. These two were super hot and you know I love me a MMC that can show some power and dominance in those sexy moments. I love that Isis recognized when she had the upper hand, and when she definitely didn't. Freedom said she'd always know where home was and she knew. Their love was beautiful.

Liberating The Heights
Wow! This was my first novel by Kema B., but definely not my last. I appaued Ms. Kema B's approach to building both her storyline and primary characters. I was captivated immediately. I highly recommend "Free Game: A Foxview Heights Novel. This book was excellent! Without revealing any characters, plot and or pertinent content, everybody in " The Heights" is liberated.

Free & Icy Girl
Isis was stubborn as a mule and held on to her beliefs in not being in a relationship. Having front row seats to her family’s horrible relationships throughout the years were enough for her not to want to pursue one. In her mind, it was best that way, but in her heart I knew Ice wanted love. Sis did not do commitments and definitely didn’t do them with rappers. The fact that Free was a retired rapper or not didn’t stop Isis from changing her mind. But one night had Isis coming back for more. She was trying to keep their situationship exactly what it was-a situation. Then here comes Freedom. The man exuded BDE out the gate, okay! I loved Free! Dominate and determine to melt Icy Girl’s heart. And slowly but surely, he did just that. I loved the strong connection between them. To Free, she was worth fighting for. But soon, sis started to get on my nerves. I stay screaming so loud at these women in these books!🗣Ma’am let this man love you! She was fighting love hard chile🙄. Overall, the book was good. I enjoyed it and it definitely kept me entertained. I’ve read the next book in the series, What You’ve Been Missing, and it’s just as great as the first. This wasn’t my first read by the author, but it was still a treat. If you haven’t read Free Game, I highly suggest you put it on you TBR for this weekend.

Brilliant
Total enjoyed this book couldn't put it down. Story about 2 people finding their way - no side chick involved. Would love to see want happens to Frankie, Mase and India, plus if Mama Moores seasoned kitty got some attention.

Freedom had me too
Freedom had Isis out of her element and she wouldn't admit it and I was ready to see where the journey took them and it didn't disappoint. It's okay to be afraid of love when someone has hurt you but when someone playing the long game and is genuine comes your way, give it a shot. Freedom had me too with that smile and his demons that haunt his thoughts humanized him and Isis letting herself be free and open with him was a beautiful read.

I loved it!
This is a great read with just the right amount of passion, humour, frustration and indignation to keep you turning the pages. You can't help but fall in love with the characters Isis and a Freedom. They are a match made in literary heaven.

real and sexy
A story straight to the point with 2 adults comfortable in their body and respectful of the other. It was sweet realness. And the Black culture references had me hollering.
