I have very fond personal memories of these chocolates that relate to my dad who passed away several years ago, so I had high hopes for bittersweet nostalgia when I ordered them. The packaging was pristine and the chocolates themselves were delicious! Exactly as I remember them, and exactly what I hoped for when I bought them.People who give these a bad review have clearly never had them before and don't know what to expect. They are called ice cubes, so they are meant to melt. That's one of the reasons they're so good, because they just melt in your mouth. So if you order them in the middle of summer, yeah, chances are pretty good that they're going to melt in transit. That's why I ordered mine in January. And because they are already so naturally melty, the wrappers might get a little wrinkly if the packaging gets a little smushed. The wrappers would get this way when purchased in a store years ago too. And they are going to feel a little greasy because of the melty nature of the chocolates themselves. Again, this is how these chocolates have always been, years ago when bought in a store. None of this means the chocolates are inherently bad and deserve a 1-star review. I also can't figure out the reviews that claim these have a grainy or gritty texture. Did we eat the same chocolates? Mine were wonderfully smooth and melty, just like they're supposed to be!

Don’t get these! They are too good. You’ll eat them all. You will say you’ll share, but you won’t. You’ll hide them. Don’t buy them.

These taste great! Fifty years ago I loved them as a child, and recently developed a craving for them. They are great! They melt in your mouth. Excellent flavor! The seller did a great job packaging the for freshness.

These were going to be a gift. Can't find them anymore in stores. But, they came as a puddle, oozing out of the wrappers. Opened one, looked like chocolate syrup. Could not get a refund, or return. I'm just out of luck, and my money.

What was I thinking ordering chocolate in this June Texas heat!! The packaging was awesome in cool pack plus ice pack but no match for Texas heat. Chocolate was melted. I stored in fridge, taste great lost some shape. Overall the chocolate hit the spot for me. Will order again in WINTER!

I wish these were available in stores. This is my all time favorite chocolate. Of course the flip side is, small purchases carry less calories.

Ice cubes were delicious when I was a child and my Dad bought them for me. They are still delicious!

I get these chocolates for my mother every winter because they're her favorite from her childhood. Very melt-in-your-mouth, so I'd advise anyone in warm/hot climates to order during colder months of the year.
