Has anyone else received this item without the usual string on the packaging? It was just taped shut when it arrived.

I Have never had this puppy food without the string at the top. I would be suspicious of its authenticity. Try ringing Royal Canin and they can inform you if any bags have been produced without the string closing. I have contacted them previously over something else and they were very helpful. Hope this helps.
