I take turmeric for my illness as I am not able to take ibuprofen or other anti inflamatorys.I have been taking it for some time now to help reduce hives, and cramps from a condition called angioedema which the turmeric really seems to help with.The capsules are in a tub and have a foil seal over the lid for protection when they get to you. My only negative is how large the capsules are but turmeric does tend to be in large capsules the same as these, and I take so many tablets that they are not a problem for me, but someone who finds it hard to take tablets may struggle.
