Is this the kind where the sheets are gummed together at all 4 sides in a pad, protecting the under sheets from water and paint runoff please? Thanks

I am not 100% sure that this one is what you are asking for. I believe what you want is a block pad, ie gummed on all 4 sides. It needs to say 'block'.

How will this hold up with pencil crayon and marker?

I have only used it for watercolour medium but the fine grain should be okay for pencils etc.

A3 is twice the size of A4 (ie 2 x A4 side by side).

Is the paper made out of cellulos or cotton?

They are cellulos unledd it states they are cotton
