Nice quick delivery
Nice quick delivery, and work brilliantly on my charcoal barbecue. Does reduce the cooking heat quite a bit so things do need cooking for longer and you don't get the same crispness as cooking over direct coals but certainly makes cooking and clean up easier.

Thicker = better
Much better than the thin ones I was using before. I just cut in 1/2 to fit my roasting pan & roasting trays.
