It does work but you need to be consistent and perhaps look at the root cause if you have post nasal drip/sinus issues like I did. My post nasal drip was due to allergens/poor health which I found pirinase nasal spray to be extremely helpful with but also focusing on my gut health and probiotics. Make sure the water is boiled and then cooled down to warm temperature (not hot) then mix the solution in. Do not use hot tap water as it will cause infections.
