This was the first time I've seriously used ginseng. I knew for a very long time that Korean Ginseng was legendary and was highly sought after in ancient Asian history. After stirring it in a coffee mug, I tasted it. I decided it would be nicer to add some organic raw honey, about a teaspoon and was very happy with the results. I normally would crave soda, diet Pepsi or something similar but I haven't had much of it because this is so much better. I don't feel anything special honestly, it's nothing like a sugar or caffeine boost. The sensation is more like feeling more balanced. I have never left a review for a product I bought before. This product has made me feel so energized, I felt it was worth the time to leave a review. I’ve been waking up before my alarm clock and have felt steady energy all day during my ,sometimes, 17 hour work/commute days. As a single mother, I am VERY happy with the results so far. I should note, I have severe anemia that keeps me in a slump, I am hoping that this product will also prevent me from getting infusions again. So far, I FEEL better.

I've been taking this stuff for a few months, and I can feel the energy difference. I've quit coffee, and am running on my Green Tea w/Ginseng, just like I had hoped. *Buyer Alert* This stuff is BITTER. Some say it is sweet, with a bitter aftertaste. Well, I feel sorry for whatever foods these folks have had to suffer through all these years, cuz this stuff is not sweet! Hot water and loads of honey make it go down easier, I haven't tried to add lemon yet, I'm hoping that makes it taste less....yuck. It is a paste, not a powder. This size comes with a tiny plastic spoon, but the directions (and their videos) say to use 1tsp, so many people who said it doesn't taste that bad are under-dosing, which probably helps a lot:) You can't fit a teaspoon into the jars (comes in 3 small jars), but I think 2 spoonfuls of the tiny spoon is about 1tsp, so it works fine. Just be ready for the taste, as I was not, and WOW! lol, overall though, it's a great product, and very effective. *Update* I've gotten much more used to the taste. As a dosing recommendation, one small spoonful is fine. This stuff is great, I'm still off the coffee, and i still feel great.

I have used Panax Ginseng 6 years old for years, but this is the first time I ordered a jar and I love it. It is thick enough to stick to the supplied spoon, but when you mix it in hot water it does come off pretty easily most of the time, and what remains on the spoon I just lick it off.. not bitter tasting at all to me. but people's taste buds do vary. I mix it in my morning coffee and evening tea. you can use it in cold tea but you would have to mix it in with a little water and heat it to dissolve and then add more water and Ice to chill and then enjoy. but still better hot since it mixes better. my packaging and product were factory-sealed and had no damage. and does not expire until 12.14.2025, though it won't last that long but good to know,
