got to use this on one trip and i do think it helped enhance my tan! travel sized so it’s perfect.

First off, the pump is awful. I had to rage pump it to even get anything out. When I finally got product out, it smelled awful and rancid. SO BAD. I always assume I’ll receive a fresh batch of product so my instinct wasn’t to check the exp first… unfortunately, this product expired 2 months prior. Gross.Requested a replacement be sent, but, chances are I’ll receive the same expired unit from the same batch. Will update if the product is fresh and doesn’t still smell this awful!Also ordered the sunburn-soothing ointment and tossed the box before trying; I assume it’s the same exp because that also smells terrible.

I have ordered this product in the past directly from the company. I love everything about it. I have very sensitive skin, and did not react at all to these products. It's moisturizing, doesn't have a strong scent and it encourages melanin production. It doesn't have any bronzers or intensifiers. I was very disappointed when ordering through amazon. When I received the product it had an expiration date being the month that I received it. Returned it and placed another order, and the same thing happened. Will stick with ordering it directly from the company's website going forward

I love this three step product from Tropic labs. I’m on my second set because I use it almost everyday, and when I’m out in the sun, I usually apply the first two products twice. I only tan in the summer and have never been this dark before. I love the smell of everything and the way they all go on very smooth. Yes the product is yellow when it comes out, but that doesn’t bother me. I’ve order right from the company and it’s the same color. Run, don’t walk!!!!

I think my biggest advice here is if SPF 22 feels too low for your skin, use common sense. I have fair skin and typically do not use anything under 30. I've been using tropic labs base tan so I had hoped that by some magic, maybe my skin would be able to produce enough extra melanin that in combo with this sunscreen, I wouldn't burn. Unfortunately I got a terrible sunburn using this product. When applied to dry skin, the formula is nice--a bit greasy but doesn't leave a white cast. However, as I started to sweat, I could see the product sweating right off me in white streaks, and it wasn't rubbing back into my skin once I was sweaty. This product was sadly a big miss for me!

I really wanted to dislike this product due to the size of the bottle and the price point but also wanted it to work so badly. And I can honestly say it has worked very well (so far). I have very pale, thin skin so I’ve never been able to tan. I always get burnt on the first day of a trip and could only be in the shade the rest of the time. I applied this product daily for about a week before going to the beach and I honestly didn’t see any difference and was bummed. After another week of apply the base tan and being outside at least 45 min/day I actually have the start of a nice tan.. with tan lines even! I still apply the product most days as my daily moisturizer and I’m able to be out in the sun for about an hour and not burn. I used the sunscreen as well and didn’t mind it. I prefer spray as it’s easier to distribute. I truly believe this product has helped my skin not be so sensitive to the sun and has made me more resistant to burning! I still have a good amount of product left and I’ve had it for about 2ish weeks. You really don’t need much, I use 1 pump per arm and 1 pump per leg. I’d say give it a try..

I’ve only used this once so far but I can tell a difference in my tan. I already had some base tan. The only negative comment I have is that the pump sucks. It doesn’t work at all.
