Q: Hi Im martin I have a vinbright wine filter. it is very slow or it stops. I have checked for air locks can you help

Make sure that the wine to be cleared is up high & the filter is low, to allow for a decent flow speed. A good length of tube will help this, mine is 2 x metres long.Should come out at a reasonable rate, sounds like you have an air lock if the above isn't the cause.

Q: Can I buy the vent tube and tap separately? I've lost mine and have to put my finger on the hill when I use it nowadays.

Yes I think you can.i got rid of mine . Not that great . I invested on an electric pump filter which produces quality wine.
