not very potent. also not mixed with oil as most of these pastes are, so its hard to get out of the package.

Yum! I bought this because I was tired of seeing fresh ginger wasted in my refrigerator or not having fresh ginger when I needed it. It’s not the absolute perfect substitute but it’s a really good substitute. The only problem is that it should be used in 30 days. My solution is that if I have a lot left in the tube...I squeeze it out, put it in a container and freeze it.

Handy, handy little thing to have in the fridge. Ginger is SUCH a hassle with the peeling and grating that I’m ashamed to admit I’d started using powder. No more though! This is great, flavorful, and the tube actually gets empty really easily so you can use nearly every bit of ginger. It’s also clear so you can see how much you have left.

I use ginger paste in most of my stir frys. I love the subtle flavor it adds. The paste is smooth and easy to mix in and is very convenient. I wouldn't be without it!
