Simple, solid, heavy (I appreciate the weight compared to the foam core boxes), exactly what I needed. I'm a personal trainer with a small home gym, and this addition just gave a huge boost to the variety of exercises I can do with my clients. Perfect 👌

Overall this was a great product. Did use some glue along with the nails and we are quite happy with the purchase. It's sturdy and grippy, just what we'd hoped for. I think we will buy a second one. Only gave 4 stars because it was quite marked up upon arrival.

Missing instructions, but they are better on you tube.Manufacturers should examine the points where the screws go thru, to ensure that the plywood is solid, had one point crush because of missing plywood strands.Inside supports could be better built, mine was missing the extra blocks on the small support, in video his had it.

Got 2 of them. Well made. Works as a coffee table too!

Very versatile box, use it with rings for rows, push-up, tricep dip and legs too, will see if it last long because of the humid environment I’m in, but for now does the job.
