Bought for predictable reasons - to spare my long-suffering girlfriend further nights of misery having to listen to me sounding "Like a pig in labour".The act of moulding the mouth guard is fairly straightforward, and it fits quite nicely. The problem with it is that it doesn't quite do what it's meant to do. The idea is that mouth guards like these are meant to stop your lower jaw from falling back and collapsing the top of your throat, therefore preventing the kinds of noises that have ruined my girlfriend's life.If I lie on my back, my mouth will just open as normal and I'll snore, with or without the mouth guard. The fix I've found is to suck on the mouth guard so that my mouth is sealed shut. My jaw can't slip back, and I just breathe through my nose. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to work like that though. It works for me, but I would not recommend it to others.

Doesn't really help much with the snoring and hurts my teeth if I use it too many nights in a row, it does, however, stop me grinding my teeth, so that's something.

I had trouble getting my breathing right at first when using this. It does seem quite bulky and not that comfortable to sleep in. But you get used to it and it's a lot cheaper than others out there.

I bought this item for my husband wasn't any good for him he was waking up in the night with them in his hand so he was taking them out while he was sleeping

I found this to be very uncomfortable to the point where I was taking it out in my sleep. When I did wear it the entire night my lower incisors were incredibly sore and sensitive from the pressure. I now use a single sided one and I have no issues at all.

im afraid to say this product does not at all meaty requirement, its far to thick and i have to force jaws overtime i want to used it. it hurts my mouth. it keep my mouth open and allowing me to dribble. sorry it just does not work.

It's ok.. but it doesn't keep my mouth closed and chin falling in..

Not comfy falls out my mouth was hoping my grinding days was over may work better with someone else just doesnt work for me
