Super Juice Me!: 28 Day Juice Plan
M**K
Great book, in my opinion the easiest juice book to follow and put to use.
Bought this after watching 'Super Juice Me!' on YouTube intending to only do 7-14 days, but having the option to extend to 28 days if I felt like it.I decided to do it for 8 days this time around. This is a really refreshing change to the majority of juice diets/cleanses/detox's that are out there.I actually enjoyed doing this, and only stopped as the week I was about to have it would have been impractical to continue (playing football, meetings around the country, too much time away from home, etc)First off, I had no real cravings of anything.I'm not a big caffeine drinker, I'll have a coffee if I'm tired, but I'm not one of these people who has to have a cup of tea before they can start their day.. I don't need it, so I didn't miss it.My diet was fairly low in sugar anyway so I didn't get that dreaded headache I was expecting.. Same story with carbs, my diet is very low/no carb so to be perfectly honest transitioning just to juices was a breeze.I bought a Philips HR1867/21 juicer from Amazon (#1 juicer at the time of writing) which was good and I got stuck in!I'm a fairly active lad in his mid-20's who is slightly overweight (my grandparents say I'm fine, my BMI doesn't so I'm that kind of weight!) and I just felt like I needed a boost.I had recently come back from 3 weeks in America eating what I shouldn't be a little too often, it got to the point that I was craving an orange so decided to get a load of F+V inside me in the easiest form possible.I am lucky that I have no health complaints other than a weird skin condition on one of my fingers that flares up every so often which I thought was perhaps a minor lactose intolerance, but didn't know for sure and the doctor kindly prescribed me a steroid cream and showed me the way out.Anyway, 8 days of juicing and that's gone.I lost 9.5lbs in my 8 days and feel great, sleep really well and my skin looks fantastic too so I can't complain at all.The book is great, it's padded with lots of useful information, loads of success stories and where every juice is laid out it lists what the ingredients are nutritionally rich in, and why your body needs them so you learn a little bit too.The thing that separates this from most other juice diets, is the 'weekly ingredients' page. It's an absolute life-saver. 16 of these, 4 of these, 2 packs of that and 24 of those too.No more choosing which juices you will do and calculating how many oranges, carrots and apples you'll need.Stick to the plan and IT'S ALL THERE! You literally can't go wrong.I would recommend this to anyone, in fact I have recommended it to many people, and will certainly open the book again and go for round 2 when the time is right.Cheers for writing it Jason!

Life changing book
This book is one of the best books I have ever bought or read, life changing and I am on the 28 day plan now, it has a section for competing a daily diary that’s just great as I will be able to look back at my journey to health and weight loss. The juices are all super tasty and the plan so easy to follow, Jason is my hero and I hope to meet him one day, I could not be happier, the book has transformed my life for the better in every way.

A book & juice plan for life
I've always loved my juices and smoothies and was spending a fortune buying from juice shops. Brought this book in 2019 and started the plan and I've not looked back. This book gets used everyday. I make juices every single morning for breakfast and/or lunch and once a year I take the time out to rest my body and I do the total plan. Decided in 2022 to invest in Jason Vales cold press juicer and it's been the best money spent on a quality juicer. There won't be any stopping of these juices.

Did the 28 days and felt really good - found it surprisingly easy
Did the 28 days and felt really good - found it surprisingly easy, even though I worked full time throughout the 28 days and have a frenetically busy and active job. I did not find my energy levels reduced - in fact, quite the opposite. How those people in the book lost as much weight as they reckoned they did though, is beyond me! (or perhaps they only included the larger losers for motivational purposes? [I lost ten pounds so nowhere near the 28lbs 'promised' or anything like what other juicers in the book lost and I don't have a very sedentary life-style])However, an easy path to follow to lose a few pounds. Book is an easy read too. (Look at Joe Cross' books too - just as easy a read and just as motivational ..... even though everything Joe's starts is USA-based first and takes ages to get to the UK!)I felt great and - after the first couple of days - not at all hungry and, by day ten (following initial outbreaks), my skin looked great - really glowing!Lots of minor problems appeared to resolve themselves such as the niggly knee discomfort and early morning, plantar fasciitis - they all returned after a few days of normal eating however (as well as around 5lbs in weight).Talking about 'normal eating', reintroducing solid food was a bit problematic - even following the instructions in the book ..... however, I am planning another 28 day juice fast in a few weeks to see if the ease of the first, as well as the alleviation of minor problems was merely a fluke or if it is a really sustainable method of 'improving' health.

His Super Juice Me film certainly seems to tie in with ...
Jason's book is an eye opener to say the least, he believes that there is one disease and that getting the right nutrients can combat this. His Super Juice Me film certainly seems to tie in with this. His juice plan definitely works. It can be expensive (especially buying all organic) and some of the juices can take time to prepare BUT it is well worth the effort. The man knows what he is talking about. Follow this and look and feel great.Only draw back about the book is that there is a lot of typos.

A Great Plan - watch the video on youtube to see how other people get on
Juicing has been described as a fad, some people even seem to suggest its dangerous - but really this 28 day plan seems to have all its bases covered. I completed the 28 days without any problems, lost some weight, enjoyed all of the juices - feeling a lot healthier at the end of it.

Best idea ever
This book is super thick. It's more information by the author of that wonderful video I watched years ago and just loved. Now that my health was getting a little worse and my home life was at a point where I could juice I decided to try this one. I was trying to figure out what recipes based on other things in randomly looked up that there was a book for super Juice me. Huge thank you to the author for that. It's exactly what I needed recipes are simple recipes or doable for the working parent. Some of the recipes are bitter. And it's a matter of going through the recipes and getting out the ones that you like the most in my opinion. I'm not sure nutritionally that's going to take out some of the other recipes or not but that's what I'm doing. Sometimes the lime is too tart or the ginger is way too much but usually that's my own errors.Following this regime I'm now in week 3 and a half. I've come to a routine where I'm able to make the juices ahead of time and save the rest of my schedule for other things including workout. It took me a week to get into the workouts because juicing is a Time consuming process. This author unlike many others makes it as simple as possible for you. If you are new to juicing I highly highly recommend this product in order to get the most from your transition to a healthier lifestyle. I also recommend during that first say four days to take off from work as your body adjusts to the gut changes that come with drinking lots of vegetable juice. That way if you need to cleanse yourself you have all the stuff available. If you work on your feet as a first responder like I do then you need to plan appropriately for everything including how to store your drinks. Nothing is worse than warm vegetable juice except sour milk. It'd be cool to have a section on hydration with water because that's totally missing from this book. I got thirsty in week one and really needed to just make up my own mind what I wanted to do about how much water intake to add with this plan. I went for the half your body weight and fluid ounces recommendations. You may find over time that you don't need as much water depending on your environment. During the summer I definitely needed more water and could add as much ice not just a few cubes to my drinks. Adding ice is another way to keep your juice cold if you like me work all day and can't just use randomly throughout the day.I did not try the freezing the juice option that he listed. That sounds really gross and a severe loss of nutrients to me. The most I would do is to keep a juice a day or two and after that it's no good.I used the scraps for my chickens who seem to love it.My children will not drink most of the juices because they are too tart. Some of them were too tart for me. One with the berries was way too thick. And I caution you from getting creative and throwing in extra banana fiber or pear fiber because then you have this undrinkable thick High fiber smoothie that does not taste or feel good.I've only gotten the munchies if I did not drink the shakes like he describes which is at intervals of a morning shot then a thick smoothie at the beginning and end of the day and too thinner juices during the midday. These intervals have been pretty good for keeping my blood sugars level. And after 2 weeks I no longer get that midday fog. I don't need as much water because I usually put in more ice into my drinks and on days when I need caffeine I can just take a little. I am using the supplements he mentioned but not some everyday or at least not every meal I should say.Equipment that I use that might be helpful to you includes two quart jars and two half court jars. There are a couple of shakes that need a full quart (rainbow remedy). Usually I just take those extra sips off manually and enjoy the shake fresh out of the squeezer. But I don't try to improvise on the recipes because the bad experience I had was either too tart or too much pulp in my results. It's also helpful to have a large sized cooler and some ice packs to keep your juices fresh and cool throughout the day. Some days I work out of a vehicle and I can just put the juices into the container and keep them cool all day. Maybe some hand wipes. Maybe some soft wipes toilet paper for the first few days till your body gets used to it.My first session that I'm doing because I'll be doing multiples I have used regular produce that is readily available to me. The next round I will try with organic produce and see if the results are any different. For me this lifestyle changes something I really wanted ever since watching the movie and like 2021. I have not completely faithfully followed his plan because on occasion I will have a real meal that is healthier than what I would normally have been eating. But for example I tried Nutella I think it was week too with a banana which was one of my favorite go-to's before. The Nutella tasted terrible and I couldn't eat it. Removing the sugars the salts the fats will make you satiated with just the shakes alone.Other products I've tried include a unflavored hemp protein powder and unflavored pumpkin protein powder spirulina greens powder gut enzyme pill and oil pill.Unfortunately my allergy problems were not resolved at all and this is where I feel like continuing to try and live this lifestyle maybe helpful. I have noted many positive changes from my 3 weeks doing this. I think I have only lost water weight but the amount of energy through this diet alone and the positive changes such as flowing skin hydration feeling better sleep and more kinetic energy to me this is a really positive thing. I'm going to be giving it a lot of time over the next year to see if this is a lifestyle I want to keep and definitely and possibly add in a few meals. There's other support ideas in the book including some great movies and I really like Joe cross's program as well. He has a transition diet portion of his book which I did not see in this book. It looks like a transition to clean eating but I wasn't interested in reading his book as much as this one because this one has a clear shopping list clear recipes and well his film is great. If you are looking to get into a juicing lifestyle I would highly recommend trying this after you've gotten your doctor's okay. If you can afford a nice juicer or a organic diet those are great to start with.Good luck and happy juicing!

Super Buch, zwar in Englisch ...

We recommend a slow juicer and this detox program as valid
My wife got this and I thought: "Oh no! Another diet!" Well, 2 months later and 25 pounds lighter, I can't believe it. At first, the taste put me off but, after awhile, the body detoxifies, the juice is acceptable and other food loses its addictive taste and allure. The latter is most important to stay away from temptation. We recommend a slow juicer and this detox program as valid!!
