Worked great for my daughter's airplane rides
My daughter had to take 4 airplane rides in one week. She was so nervous because of her previous flight experience causing excessive ear pain and hearing problems for days. We ordered the small based on other reviews saying the regular size are too large. She is 16 with a height about 5'7 and the child size was perfect. Her first flight this week left her with very little pain overall and she could hear normally within a few hours. All of the other flights she had no problems whatsoever with pain or hearing. So perhaps her first flight, she may have inserted them incorrectly. Regardless, she was very pleased and is grateful to have discovered this product.

No more plugged ears. Best product for flying.
These are life savers and I never travel without them. I put them in after I find my seat and then I remove them after the plane lands and the door is opened (because of the cabin pressure). On a longer flight you can remove them once the plane gets up to the highest altitude, then I put them back in about 45 minutes until we land.

No pain Great buy
Will not fly without them ever. I used for my self and bought the smaller kids size for my 8 year old niece who had an ear ache a week before our flight. Worked like a charm neither one of us had pain. I actually lost one on the flight and the ear that I didn’t have it in did hurt and no pain on the ear that had the plug in . I don’t have extreme pain in general on planes decent or take off but now that I tried these I’d be a fool to deal with any pain when I simply can pay under $15 and use earplanes. I really bought for my niece bezuas I was scared of pain with her ear ache. she is really petite so had to buy her the kids smaller size and was able for try these out. Glad for the mistake these work great.

Preventative Relief for "Airplane Ear" Pressure & Pain
Really helps on flights! I have small adult ears, so the child size was perfect. I've always had pressure issues in my ears when I fly. Sometimes it sounds like liquid is squirting or squeaky sounds when the planes descend. Since wearing these, it has helped me to where I don't end up in urgent care after flying. The app also is very helpful as I can monitor the cabin pressure in real time and get alerts when to put the plugs in my ears. They even have their own case. It's a great investment and gives me relief from "airplane ear".

seemed to work
I got these for my preschooler's first flight. I also had her chewing gummies when she was awake so that may have helped, but there was no crying or fussing about her ears. The second flight she was asleep and I didn't put them in at quite the right point for descent so she started to stick her fingers in her ears when asleep. I don't think they were very effective at that point even though I tried. They somehow got lost so the star off is for the price and that they are only reusable for two flights. They appeared to work well though.

I won’t fly without them ever again!
These are an inexpensive hearing saver and may be a perfect fit even for some adults, like me! I’m an adult with small ear canals and issues with my eustation tubes. It is usually impossible for me to equalize while flying, and i even lost partial hearing in one ear due to a particularly hard time equalizing during landing on one flight. The pressure change actually damaged me for life. My ENT was doubtful these earbuds would help, but agreed it wouldn't hurt to try. We had already tried a complicated preparatory routine beginning with one drug starting two weeks before the flight, adding another two days before, and still a third one hour before flying. While this helped a bit, the pain was still fairly substantial. Adding the earplanes to my routine made quite a difference! Some tips: Be sure to put them in before takeoff, remove once comfortable at cruising altitude, and put them back in AN HOUR before landing. (They actually begin descending sooner than you think.) Also, chew gum and be sure to swallow and focus on other clearing methods as you come down. If you are using these on your kids, practice starting at least a few days before, so they are comfortable putting them in, and know equalizing practices ( swallowing, chewing, jaw wobbling, ear pulling and massaging, gentle closed-nose blowing) before the flight. Ear pain from poor equalization can be absolutely excruciating, damaging to hearing, and no wonder kids scream on flights! These are well worth the money!

Ear pain no more!
These are a must have for our yearly travels. We fly just about once a year with our kids. They have worn these since a young age. We flew once and my son had terrible ear pain. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with his sinuses but he has always struggled with ear problems and seasonal allergies. We did all the right things had something to snack on that was chewy etc but it didn't help. These have been a life saver and we haven't flown without them since!
