Can I remove the clasp to put mine on?

I knew exactly what you meant. Unfortunately though, you can't. If you bought an ordinary 2 straps and a buckle strap, you could have taken it into a jeweler and they would have done it for nothing.

Sounds right. The strap was fully fuctional with clasp. There was a nice tool to help remove the old strap and retain the spring bar when putting the new strap on. I can't remember how many spring bars were included. I am sure there were at least 2.
