Great stand and hoop. Was the best Christmas surprise.I have to say that the instructions weren’t the clearest but it’s finally together and it getting a lot of use already

At new, this hoop is fantastic and everything you could want in a basketball hoop, however, I purchased this product a mere 18months ago and rust is showing everywhere. The support legs which are hollow metal tubes with pinched ends where they bolt to the base and main arm, rusted through badly and of the 4, only two are left. I contacted the vendor to seek replacement parts, however they do not stock them. How can honour a warranty properly unless they're shipping new each time, at a loss to themselves and a huge inconvenience to the customer in returning the damaged hoop?I have had to find a metalworker and welder to help repair the broken legs. The rest will have to be dismantled, rust treated and repainted.and new stainless steel bolts purchased.So yes, this hoop is good for a while, but it's high maintenance ensuring the legs do not fail due to rust.

Good strong hoop. we have 3 teenagers who play and it can cope when they attack the hoop and dunk on it. Tricky to assemble (as they are) - instructions a little tricky, with multiple views from everyone on what the image means and which part you are assembling! Took several hours and board in front of the base doesn't fit - but they don't care as its just aesthetics. Good purchase.

Takes a bit of putting together but customer service from supplier very good, takes two people because of the weight involved but once completed looks like it will last a life time

An overall good product, however the backboard is flimsy and rubbish and it is very difficult to assemble. It came a few days earlier than expected and is fun to use, but not worth £380

Good to shoot on, but it stopped lowering after about 5 days and became instantly stiff, also not 10 feet highest it got to was 9 foot 8

Fantastic product, very strong and sturdy, the height adjustment works really well, the instructions say you need 4 people to put it together but I managed to put most of it together alone.The hoop is very heavy an will not stand up unless the bottom is filled, (this is where I needed some help)the parts are labelled well but it's hard to tell the difference between the screws as they are not labelled, so I advise that you have a tape measure or ruler ready to make sure your using the correct parts.I'm very satisfied with the product, well worth the price.
