The good about this steamer, it has level of steam. It also has better steam than I used before, it is normal to have a bit of water leak as I just used it. For the manual, I hope there is a care instruction as I had problem with leaking after few use for the one before and proper cleaning in case there was leaking (if there is). Only four stars as I observed that after using it for like 15 mins. straight, the handle gets warmer and warmer, which I didn't experienced on other brand. Other than that issue, it is a great steamer!

I am so very happy I purchased this steamer! So very easy to use and great value for money. The original reason for purchasing this steamer was to use it on my new curtains, which had creases all down them. Also, I have used this on my clothes, to quickly get the creases out before I rush out the door in the morning. A Great buy!

Despite of the high reviews, my experience was not fortunate!!! First time worked well, 2nd time did not steam and all there was is water leak from the steamer holes.

I've used this Empire garment steamer for a few weeks and it's great for daily use. Heats up fast (about 30–40 seconds), delivers strong steam, and works well on most fabrics. The 1.8L tank lasts long enough for several clothes, and the hanger with ironing board is very handy. Just be careful, not as crisp as an iron and can leave clothes slightly damp if overused. Overall, a solid buy for quick wrinkle removal and fabric care.
