AMACO Pottery Plaster, 50 lbs.

The plaster was great! Very strong, no are bubbles. And, it absorbs water well to use with clay.

New plaster product. Works very well kids did not complain about dust. Strong and durable when dry.

the 50lb bags came in 2 boxes of 25lbs each which made it easier for me to carry and work with. I make plaster craft items so the smaller bags are easier to handle. I have used this brand for many years and prefer it over others for its consistency in quality.

First time every doing this but I needed to make a slab to recycle my giant bin of clay. I did this on my one hour lunch break and it even dried within that time frame. I’m gonna give it a few more days to dry before testing it out with my clay. I have high hopes. It arrived in 2 separate deliveries in 12.5 pound bags (50 pounds total). I actually enjoy that they are separately packaged. I used one bag in a tub of water to make my board. I didn’t use exact measurements or anything kinda just eyeballed it cuz that’s how I roll. It’s been a few hours and it’s pretty dry. I think it’s worth the endeavor!

Way better than the run of the mill plaster that you get at the hardware store, and good price. One thought...if you use it, get ready to mix it pretty thin and work fast. This stuff waits to dry for no one! If you mix it with warm water, you will never get it out of your mixing bowl. I mix with a single stem cement mixer and a 20 volt dewalt drill, but don't mess around. Help to clean tools etc would be nice

Ordered a 50lbs bag Amaco Pottery plaster, received 2 separate bags of 25lbs not in original packaging. I decided to keep it as I needed it, however I had chosen not to order that option, but received it anyways instead of original packaging.

My parcel was once lost, but the seller was very active in helping me find it. I couldn't find it, but the seller sent me a new one, for which I am very grateful. Excellent service and good product quality.

I use this when repairing my slip cast molds very effective.
