Great item. Does the job. I'm prone to ear infections (due to narrow ear canal), but since using this I've never had one! Its an easy application, just one squirt in each ear, before a swim or dive, and when I'm back out the water you can feel the water draining back out your ear. So I'm confident the waters not getting trapped! My ears are also no longer irritable since using this item

Really helpful to reduce ear infections from swimming. I used to get frequent ear infections after swimming. Less so if I wore ear plugs but it would still happen sometimes. I now combine sprays of this then ear plug too, and the combo seems to have massively decreased frequency of ear infections! In the past my ears would also hurt if an earplugs shifted and some water got in but this spray seems to stop the pain and I can continue the the end of the lap or whatever before I adjust the earplugs again. Also seems to prevent me from getting blocked ears from ear wax which makes sense given this is just added teatree to the oil. Bought as a gift for a friend recently as she gets swimming ear infections despite earplugs too and I'm hoping this helps her like it did me.

Use on holidays this keeps the water out your ears and is very effective started using it after an ear infection

I have only had chance to swim once using this product, and my ears did not block.. this isn't enough for a fair trial though.. So the reason for a high rating is because I find the oil very soothing. I have used it regularly since I got it, only a week, including days I have not swum. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is no way it delivers the stated 180 doses. That must be for per ear rather than per pair of ears, but I still don't reckon I will get anywhere near 90 doses for two ears. However I have ordered more. EDIT Incase anyone else has persistent ear problems swimming, I swim in open water swimmer, I have been increasing my distances and having more trouble with water getting stuck in my ears for many hours, even days, and from the cold water making them ache. So I started to look for products that might help So I have edited in the results of the whole experiment, not just the Earol: EAROL is brilliant, I now use it regularly (but it makes Putty Buddies too slippery, so I don't use Earol before swimming.) When a Dr recently had cause to check my ears, he commented how clean they are. My PUTTY BUDDIES needed replacing too quickly, because when I first got them I used them straight after Earol and they slithered my out of ears, even with the Band-It in place. But Putty-Buddies are softer than Blue Tac, so when the next lot arrived, I left-off using Earol prior to swimming to give the Buddies a chance to work. They are excellent, comfy and effective at keeping ears warm and dry. I ordered a back-up pack. If I was in a heated pool, I probably wouldn't bother with The BAND_IT, just a cap. But it is is comfy and warm round your head in cold water, even under the bubble swim-cap it noticeably helps. SWIM EAR took a month to arrive, so I had already reduced the water in ears problem by the time it came. I am very glad to have it as a back-up because when water does leak in, it will always remove it. As it does so, it makes the ears feel warm and invigorated.

My kids used to complain of earache after swimming all the time. Especially in the evening after swimming, we’ve been using these a while now and it helps so much, quick spray before a swimming lesson and then they haven’t complained of any ear pain since! Definitely handy, especially for holidays too when swimming daily!

This pure olive oil with added tea tree seems a very good solution for protecting my ears during swimming. I spray it in each ear prior to entering the pool.

Seem to have finally found a solution to constant ear problems after daily swimming. I tried all kinds of plugs, caps, etc., but nothing really worked. Finally, I bought this and ditched the plugs. My regime now is a shot of this in both ears before swimming, then after swimming and shower I put a few drops of 95% rubbing alcohol (NOT 70%) in my ears, dry with tissue, and then blow ears dry with a hair dryer set to cool (you can feel the alcohol evaporating out as cold spots in your ear). I have been doing this for over a month so far without ear issues, which for me is a record. It was reaching the point when I thought I might have to give up swimming. Yes, it's a PIA, but it's waaaay better than repeated deafness.
