Great sunglasses!
Had a pair of these for years and found them to bomb proof and waterproof. Surprisingly sturdy for how light they are, and they stay on well without clamping themselves painfully to your head! The finish is simple and not flash, which I like, others might not. The lens are very good quality and great for reducing glare in any sunny condition, being polarised, they are also good for looking into the water with no reflections. The only down side I found was that the small rubber nose piece seems to become detached after a while and I've had to glue it back a couple of times - the last time I stupidly got glue on the lens which is why I ordered this new pair!Overall, really good sunglasses at a reasonable price.

Perfect for us ladies!
I have had a pair of Gill Floatables before & love them. Have been looking to update them & these new ones are great. Good eye protection with wrap-around style & ideal fit for ladies! Would like more frame colour options, my older pair has tortoiseshell frames but sadly not available now hence 4 stars. Excellent delivery service from seller, arrived well ahead of time! Can't wait for my next sailing holiday!

They do not last more than 1 season without starting to look tired
I like the style of these glasses, I must do, I have literally bought about 8 pairs at least through the years, but the clue is there, the paint rubs away very quickly and it is not long before they begin to look shabby, it is a shame as besides that, they are OK,

poor finish
The glasses were used for one two week dinghy sailing holiday and used with the Gill sunglasses retainer. At the end of the holiday the coating on the frames had peeled off where the retainer strap was, this has subsequently become worse and the product now looks quite shabby. This is a pity as the lens quality and fit is OK.I would not buy this product again.
