Excellent customer service!
As a small studio starting up this was just what I needed to treat the studio space to produce audio effectively.I could not fault Arrowzoom's customer service and all orders have arrived earlier than expected even in a pandemic, top work and keep it up!

Disappointed at first. And shocked.
Well...once they had been soaked and dried the result was as per the picture.Used them for bass traps in my cinema and have done the job. Look good but a little tricky to fine the right thing to stick them with. Double-sided tape doesn't work surprisingly so used spray adhesive. The Dougfather.

Not so much….
OK, first off, I saw all the negative reviews on this. But I love the way it looks so I bought them anyways. I am on my second shipment of them as the first ones were a total fail. I realize that a lot of people were saying they wouldn’t stick to the wall so I was looking at alternate ways to do that, but the double back tape that they get with this just to attach the pho wooden cutout to the foam itself, won’t hang on and they kept dropping off and breaking. It doesn’t even seem like it’s wood. It seems like some type of composite material, although it does look very nice. The phone pieces themselves are very thick several inches and that’s part of the problem, the company wraps the whole thing and a very tight piece of plastic and then it seems like it’s a vacuum sealed and when you get these not only is the foam warped, but the wood pieces on the front of the guitar shapes there, warped and bent as well so the double back. Tape struggles to hang onto this. I tried the really heavy duty 3 mm spray from Home Depot and sprayed it on both the foam and the wooden decorative pieces, and they still fell off. You can see the picture of the one that fell off landed on the floor and broken 1 million pieces. That’s when I sent them back and ordered my second set, try a couple different things. The only thing that worked for me to keep these Guitar wooden frames on the foam was liquid nails, which people use for construction and gluing down floorboards and sheet rock on the walls, that’s the only thing that held the guitars onto the phone that I found. They do seem to diffuse and absorb sound so that part of the advertising is correct.I was so in love with the look of these things for my home studio that I’ve put up with all this complete nonsense. If you check any of the hundreds of other reviews, I’ve done on any sites. I don’t post negative reviews like this one. It’s just not my style, I just avoid saying anything at all, but in this case, people really have to know that there’s something just not right with this product. I bought one of their other diffuser panels, which comes with very thin foam and the shape is mounted to the foam when you get it and those worked out just fine.I would avoid this product in particular unless you want an ongoing project in addition to the music you’re working I each week. I believe if the company didn’t overpack these in a small container and mounted them on the foam themselves before they sent the product. This would alleviate a lot of the problem, I hope they read my review.
