Great supplement,

Ubiquinol is the most viable and better absorbed supplement than coq10. My husband and I are actively ttc and we have implemented this supplement in our prenatal regimen to ensure our levels are optimal at conception time. Give this is higher than the usual amount (300 mg or so give or take) but it’s necessary especially as we plan to stop consuming it once we are pregnant. Will resume 9 months prior to getting pregnant again if at all!

I bought these supplements for my elderly mother and I to take for our heart health. The gel capsules are smooth, large, and soft. They can get slightly sticky in the heat, but they are still relatively easy to swallow. They have no off-putting smell or taste. We have been taking them for a while and we have had no ill side effects. My mother's blood pressure and affect seem to improve while she is taking these. I don't have any glaring health issues, so I can't really tell much of a difference for myself. Overall, I am pleased with this product. I think this is a quality supplement for the current price.
