Cheap, junky feeling
When I opened the case that it comes in (which is actually pretty nice) all of the parts inside had fallen out of their spots and were loose which doesn't make you feel good about the integrity of the thing. Overall the wrench works well for the at-home auto repairs I've done so far.

For the price, I don’t think there’s anything better than this, i use this on semi trucks and it works great, I'm really surprised on how well actually it works for this price! I would definitely recommend it to everybody!

It's ok...
If ur using this tool to take off or put on car tires, ur gunna have to tighten lug nuts with tire iron after. Strong enough to get lug nuts of but not to tighten them to proper torque. I lost a lug nut, double checked all lug nuts and found out my tires could've come while driving. Plz BE CAREFUL and double check

Impact Wrench is versatile and light
Has 3 variable speed/ Torque settings which is why I purchased it. Also came with hard case, charger & 2 batteries.

Torque nowhere near advertised
Bought this with the intent to use when working on my car. Fully charged the battery and attempted to take off my lug nuts that were torqued to 76 ft/lb. After 10 seconds it still wouldn’t budge. Tried several others with no success. Contacted Amazon who had me fill out a form with the company and guaranteed they would warrantee and send a replacement that would work better. The company messaged back and forth a few times but got nowhere. Will be returned.
