Alaffia Authentic Afican Black Soap Eucalyptus Tea Tree, 16 Ounce

I love the feel of it. It’s gentle and works well on my skin.

I really like this African black soap. It doesn’t irritate my skin in anyway, lathers pretty well too. A bit pricy but worth it in my opinion. If you’re using it with an African wash net, it won’t lather up as well but still works well.

I love using this as a shower gel (simple ingredients, smells nice, not dehydrating to my skin) and also the fact that they are supporting communities in West Africa as well as being a business. I recently started having dandruff out of the blue and I was going to buy a anti dandruff shampoo that contained tea tree oil but then I remembered this has tea tree oil in it (I realised then that you can use it in your hair and it contains neem which is meant to be very good for reducing dandruff). After one wash my dandruff has improved by about 60-70% (as a guess) and I am rarely itching my head. Easy solution, instead of researching and buying more products.

I use as a face wash only . I’ve had it for a good while now and it’s very good at leaving you skin feeling very clean . It also helps keeps spots & black heads away .

I had lots of dark spots on my face and since I started using this soap they’ve all faded a way it’s like magic

Gave me bumps

I had oily/acne prone skin and bought this with hopes that it would help. It left my skin feeling dry and not nourished, so I stopped using it. But then a year or so later I went on acutane and it cleared my skin and made it normal. So I turned back to this product and it was pretty good. Yes it did feel a tad dry but nothing like when I was oily and acne prone. So I’ll say this is good for people with normal skin. Maybe not if you have oily or dry skin

I thought this would help grow my hair as I saw a tiktok saying it does however after consistence use for just over a could month or so I’m not seeing any dramatic changes it’s very dry for my hair Altho cleans the grease well I’ve also used it on my skin and again it’s very drying if you’re an oily person this would be great for you however I personally won’t be purchasing again. Also I saw it at my local grocery store and it was a few dollars cheaper so I feel like I got a little ripped off
