Not for rimmed tanks
I didn't notice the pictures were all rimless tanks. So never got a chance to use. Going to try using the suction cups.

Waste of money; not as described
This thing is TINY. Product description says 15"D x 3"W x 15"H. In reality it is 6" tall when extended to its full height, 2.5" wide, and 1" deep. Too small to grow a decent sized plant; the holes are too tiny for roots to grow through, and the hook won't go over the back of a rimmed aquarium tank. Will be returning.
