I wrote a review how I had high hopes for this product, amazon didn't do anything cause the return window closed... I reached out to the seller and they are sending me a new one! I am very pleased with the product it just stopped working. GREAT SELLER and would purchase again!

Looks great. Worked great for a little while but now I’m two weeks outside the return window and it’s completely broken. Won’t dispense mouthwash. Changed the batteries. Cleaned the inside. Cannot figure out how to get it to work again. Messaged the seller. Hoping for a replacement or a refund.

Absolutely 💯 love this product, however the adhesive did not hold and it fel off the wall with all my mouthwash spilling on the floor. So I attached it with the screws along with the adhesive backing.

I got this for my kids bathroom so I knew they were measuring out the right amount of mouth wash, it cleaned up the counter top, and was easy to see when the tank was empty. It has been amazing for about 2 months. It has stopped working. I changed the batteries, I used hot water in the tank to see if the motor or working parts became gunked up, what little water came through it was clear water. I tried looking up videos or what to do when it stops working and nothing.

I was kinda skeptical of this little dispenser, but it's really great! Seems to dispense exactly the same every time (use the 10 mL setting for the provided cups), and I love how the cups hang magnetically on the bottom of the unit. As long as you rinse out the cup after use, hanging them upside down lets them dry, and prevents them from getting gross. I use it with Crest Pro-Health mouthwash and haven't noticed any issues thus far. Highly recommend!Only recommendation - I'd screw it to the wall instead of using the provided adhesive. It's decently heavy after filling, and you for sure don't want it falling and spilling mouthwash all over your vanity. :)

2nd review: it stopped working 2 weeks later and hasn't worked since. It dripped and dried up where it dispenses and the motor stopped. I have a second one that I started using and it did the same exact thing.1st review: My first unit received, the mouthwash wouldn't come out. Amazon told me they wont send a replacement unless I send the old one back taking it to a ups store or charge me to have it picked up. I asked what options are there for a handicap person that cannot physically do this, Amazon said you would have to pay to have it picked up, which is not fair! I left a seller review explaining this and they contacted me and sent me a free replacement. It works great other than the 30ml overflows so I just use 20ml. Great product and great customer service from the seller. Amazon support was the worst, they didn't care abt me or my issue and have no options for people with disabilities

The dispenser clogged before the first refill was needed. On the third occasion it began leaking. Also the part that holds the mouthwash has to be on the unit or it comes out which means you have to take the entire unit off the wall for each time it's clogged and pour out the mouthwash. Lining it up to bracket can take several minutes you don't have. I like the magnetic cups.

This thing is so cute! The cups are smaller than a shot glass. It's tiny, but the tank holds 700ml. Dentists recommend rinsing with 20ml, so 35 days supply for a single person rinsing once a day. 17.5 days for two people once a day. 8.75 days for two people rinsing twice a day. It's easy to refill, just keep a bottle of mouthwash under the sink.I was worried the sensor would trigger if a fly or something landed on it and spray mouthwash all over, but no. The same magnets that hold the cups upside down also trigger the dispenser mechanism. So unless someone goes waving a magnet around the base, the only way it dispenses is with a cup beneath it.This thing obviously isn't a need, but it's a really great want. Plus it makes your mouthwash measurement foolproof. I thought I was using the 20ml recommended, but now that I know I am I can tell I wasn't before. Consider it a cheap investment in your oral health routine.*EDIT*Had to knock a star off. My review went live and I was looking at it and noticing bad reviews about leaking and having it come off the wall. I went to look at mine and sure enough it was just about to fall off the wall. In hindsight, I never should have trusted the sticky pad. I reinstalled it with screws and anchors, which are provided. They probably should even include the sticky pad because you're just going to shoot yourself in the foot with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Works great, saves you money in the long run since good mouthwash isn't cheap these days. I find the 10ml setting ideal for me, but the 20ml is also good if you really want a decent amount. As for the 30ml it fills the little cup to the max so watch for spillage from the cup and your mouth.. as it's a lot 🤣. Love that it remembers your setting, and the fact that all you have to do is put the cup under the spout, it magnetizes to the base and starts to pour....brilliant I tell you!

I thought this would be a good gadget for the bathroom. It was easy to mount as it came with different mounting options. The product worked initially. However, after a few weeks, it stopped working. I have tried changing the batteries and cleaning them. The motor still works, but it doesn't dispense mouthwash at all. It is not worth the price paid. Please avoid this product.

This product made a huge difference for my disabled roommate, who only has one usable arm. It has stopped working now, for no apparent reason. The lights are still lighting up but no mouthwash is being dispensed, with no obvious reason for the problem. Utterly frustrating and disappointing.😥

Just stopped dispensing mouthwash one night. Been using it dailt. Really disappointed given how expensive it is.
