The heat pack is a great size, perfect for cramps or stomach aches. The lavender scent is nice but not super noticeable when you're using it. My favourite part is that the pouch in the crab that the heat pack goes in has a zipper to close. Most heat packs I've used in the past have had velcro that can poke out and be uncomfortable, so I was very impressed with the zipper. I got this on sale but would gladly pay full price for what a good quality product it is.

It's perfect: the heating pad works, it's soft and big enough to even be a pillow, and it's frankly adorable. Amazing for all ages and body configurations. One of my favorite purchases ever.

Love this it really helps with cramps, it a relly perfect dize for me the lavender scent it mild but lovely and i like how it’s washed and the heating component slips out so if its really hot it wont feel too burny because it in like a crab plush pocket, its nice

It’s so cute and adorable and works nicely.

This is actually a really good deal but when I microwave the pack, I couldn’t stand the smell.I may replace the pack. Still a good value though!
