This pack contains the Vapour Rub (suitable for babies 3+ months) and the Patch (suitable for 3+ years).The vapour rub is easy to use - simply remove the lid and massage the balm into baby's chest or back. Your baby must not be able to touch the run and/or get it on their face, so I prefer to put the rub on my baby's back. You can also put it on a bit of tissue and keep it somewhere near your baby but, again, they must not be able to grab the tissue or get it near their face, so I'm not a fan of attempting this method for my 12 month old. The vapour rub smells strong and last a few hours. It definitely seems to have helped to keep my baby's nose unblocked whilst they have a bad cold/virus.The Breathe Easy Patch is suitable only for children over 3 years old. Simply peel off the transparent film and stick the patch onto your child's clothing, preferably on their chest. I have found these patches are also great for adults and last pretty much all night. They definitely help to keep the nose unblocked.Happy to recommend these and they are a reasonable price.

I’ve marked these down as I don’t feel that they’re the most cost effective Solution but they are a quality product bundle.The vapour stick is really handy to be able to carry out and about with you and with it being suitable from a young age are really flexible when it comes to use. Less messy to apply than the well known rub but had a good scent to it (albeit weaker due to age it’s for) that does last a while.The patches are also good but I’ve not really wanted to use these much as they will run out in just 1-2 colds otherwise. They’re good for the really stuffy nights where you want to be sure that they aren’t rubbing away or covering up the rub. They aren’t suitable for younger ages though so not as flexible in the use. Also worth pointing out that they go on clothes and not directly on the skin like headache/pain patches do.

My sons just recovered from a seasonal cold and these were a godsend. I’ve always used a eucalyptus rub for the kids when they have blocked noses but it’s great to have the hygiene and convenience of a stick. It works well and should be long lasting. The patches are really good for effect. My son felt like he was getting some official treatment with the use of the patch and went to bed confident of its nose clearing properties. You cannot beat the placebo effect for children being that their minds are so powerful. The only downside is that you only get 6 of the patches and the set is on the pricey side. On the other hand you can’t put a price on healthy and happy children!

This little stick is great for bedtimes with a poorly little one. My son has a cough and I put some on his chest back and feet and it really helps him get a better nights sleep. The stick is so much better than a tub as you don’t need to rub it in with your hands. Screw cap for safety so little one can’t get into it. The scent is that of vapour rub very calming and soothing. The stick is for 3 months old and patches for 3 years old so I haven’t used them yet. Good value for money.

My twins are 3 and are constantly coming home with coughs and colds that they pick up from nursery, so I thought these would help them sleep a little better at night. The vapour rub can be massaged into babies chest, and although it says from 3+ months, I have used this on my boys as one of the twins keeps pulling the patch from his pyjamas.I love the fact these are all-natural ingredients as we wouldn't want our children inhaling any synthetic smells. I cannot vouch for how well these work as although my kids have used them at night, they are still too young to convey whether or not they helped them breathe easier. Hopefully, they have helped and I will happily continue to use these over the cold and flu period. 4/5
