This makes lovely pelmeni. Very easy to use. The holes are not big, so make sure your dough is elastic so you can push some more filling in without bursting it. Make sure your dough and the mould are sprinkled with flour, and nothing gets stuck. You literally get a ton of cute little dumplins in a few minutes, much better than making them by hand. Recommended.

The mould arrived on time. However, the holes are very small that they can not have much fillings. It will be helpful if the seller tells the size of the hole.

The holes are way too small and due to the ridges the doe gets stuck. Very disappointing. Good concept but it's not executed well.
