Worth it
Love my new pillow, but it felt a bit cold - this helps it feel more padded and comfortable (although should have been more padding for the price). Glad I got it.

Rubbish
Don't bother. It is cheap and very stiff and crackly. The Mediflow pillow (which is second to none) is standard size so if required I suggest you buy yourself a nice protector from somewhere else!
