I started taking this to help my grey hair. It actually did slow down my greying and I was happy with it. I did notice that I started having more hot flashes though. I read it can decrease estrogen in your system so I stopped it. I am still having quite a bit of hot flashes and it’s been at least a month so now I am wondering if it was a contributor. Overall I will probably try it again cause it did help with not having to color my hair as much.
