Comfort assured
Such lovely comfort. I'm so pleased with these elbow supports. There's a sleeve for your arm to slip in ti, then you just fit the velcro straps. These are so easy to wear. I certainly made the right choice, this time!

Really helped me with my RSI at night, as i am a nightmare of having my arms raised in my sleep, rather than straight, and although as others have suggested this does move/can come off, it does last long enough to have affect. So for me definitely well worth the spend!

Comfortable arm support
Designed with comfort in mind, this won't keep you awake at night as some supports can. Good quality cloth is used with plenty of padding and the Velcro is enclosed so it won't rub against anything. The support bar is along the side of the arm and not behind the elbow which can be very sensitive to knocks against hard objects. The amount of support it gives is quite mild. It is still possible to flex the elbow to 90 degrees but if you then relax the arm the support will gently bring it back to nearly straight. This is fine as long as you don't roll over on to the arm and pin it in which case the support can't help. The large amount of padding is great for comfort and does mean you won't be able to over tighten it but I would have liked to be able to tighten it a bit more. It can slide down the arm a little bit and I would have liked to be able to restrict the elbow a little bit more. The support bar does stretch the fabric when the arm is flexed and I am not sure how long the fabric will last. It does look to be good quality but it does look like a weak point. The bar is rounded at its corners so they have thought about this so hopefully it will be OK.All in all this is a well designed product with good materials used. Some thought has definitely gone in to it and it's quite possible that if they changed the things I have criticised that the designers had already tried it and it wasn't as good.

Useless
This is awful. Wore it for one night it slipped down my arm repeatedly and twisted around so that the splint was useless and didn't prevent me from bending my arm too much.It only has one splint in it and it is completely straight, so doesn't keep your elbow at the optimum angle to deal with cubital tunnel syndrome.I will be returning it.

Just what I was looking for
I was suffering horrendously from pain in my ulnar nerve so I bought this support to help. It reminded me to keep my arm straight during sleeping and tbh I wore around the house for the first few days of getting it just to make sure I kept straight all the time. My pain has nearly gone. Very happy.

Don't last long, plastic splint keeps protruding
Thin material but comfortable, consistent with 'made in China'. The plastic splint easily protrudes from one end - presumably so that one can remove it and wash the material. I wear it at night and worn over my pyjamas it stays in position 2/3 nights. At night, with the splint at the side it limits flexion to about 90 degrees. So IMAK okay but I bought "Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Elbow Splint" £17.99 for my other arm. this is made in UK, much more substantial cloth but the metal splint bar protrudes at times as with the IMAK..... 7/08/17 Both splints lasted for less than 4 months. I sowed the ends up so the splints stayed put. The IMAK splint broke, and the other one, the sowing at the edge of the splint came undone. I found that I could get a good fit if I tightened the velcro and then put it on like a sleeve.

Absolut hilfreich
Beim Golferarm sehr hilfreich besonders in der Nacht. Man biegt den Ellenbogen nicht und der Schmerz bleibt weg. Einfach zu waschen und es stört nicht am Arm.

Stays on throught the night
Doctor prescribed this for me. I have kind of gangly arms, so did not find it easy to put on, or stay on as instructed. I found it much easier to secure the velcro where I guess it might fit me, then slide it onto my arm. If I want to loosen or tighten from there, its much easier. Have not had any issues with it coming off in the night. Does not cause friction or discomfort on the arm for me. Very comfortable. Definately recommend.

These supports have helped me a great deal, but they have a habit of turning in the night while you're asleep, so it makes it difficult to keep them in their proper angles. I'm actually not quite sure what their proper position is to be honest. Where should the splint actually go? If it is in the back, it presses directly against your elbow and is uncomfortable. Still very functional and helped me with tensing up at night considerably.

Instant pain relief!
When I developed gradually worsening numbness that evolved into pretty bad pain, I sought medical advice. My GP didn’t have any answers and I was about to consult with a hand/nerve specialist when I mentioned my symptoms to my sister-in-law who is a nurse. She immediately knew what my problem was and how to resolve it. I was totally skeptical at first. I mean, how can a simple night splint solve my numbness and pain? Apparently, this thing is doing exactly what it needs to do because the relief was immediate and complete. I still can’t believe how well this helped me. I travel a lot, so I’m going to buy a second one just to keep in my suitcase so I’m NEVER without it. I don’t know the medical condition this is fixing for me, some kind of carpal tunnel-type nerve thing, but if you have numbness that migrates into pretty bad pain along your arm and hand, and you sleep on your side, definitely give this simple yet highly effective device a try.

Slips off
I gave this many shots over the past few weeks, but thee problem is it doesn't stay on. The only way it could stay on is, is if you wrap it very tight, which is uncomfortable and actually causes pain. I tried to find that sweet spot, where it would be on comfortably and not slide off during the night, but I was unsuccessful at getting it stay on for even one night. I should have trusted the other reviews that mentioned this problem. I wouldn't recommend this product for those looking for a night time brace for ulnar nerve issues.
