I love these. I take more than the suggested dose sometimes if I feel like I’m about to get a cold, and then somehow magically avoid getting very sick (I’m immunocompromised so this is sort of a miracle for me). I take the suggested dose every day and it gives me a little brain boost/tickle that is different than caffeine and yet still promotes my energy and mood. Give it a shot and see if these work for you.

I don't normally leave reviews but this brand is truly a life saver!! On a budget they make incredible quality supplements and the Mushroom Complex is an incredible value. I find it effective everyday and felt it after about a week just having more energy and wanting to get out of bed. It has caused my stomach to digest better as well and less acid reflux. Mushrooms are a great addition to a diet and can be great for mood health. It definitely is a larger pill but no issue swallowing and appreciate the bottle being an appropriate size for the amount of supplements. I get so tired of companies (Olly) using these massive containers that are an ecological nightmare and waste of cabinet space. These are well packaged and labled and you know exactly what you are getting. I have a cabinet full off this brand my husband and I use and love each one. Nutricost really makes a higher quality and better value supplement that you just can't beat.

Need a higher count bottle! Or higher doses per serving! The amounts should be at least double for the best health benefits. Wish they'd throw out fillers like magnesium stearate, but decent quality blend of pretty clean ingredients. Great combination of feel good fruiting body fungi to boost naturopathic health maintenance. Though they could throw the white button & agaric mushrooms out with the magnesium stearate! Hard to beat deal overall.

Don't buy the other stupid mushroom crap. Get these. They're so much cheaper, there's no weird smell or taste, and I feel way better mental clarity when I take them regularly. I just feel like I can think better and come up with better ideas when I take these a lot!

I started feeling the effects after the 1st time of taking it. It was subtle then but I've taken it daily for 3 or 4 days now and I can feel the effect a bit more. What I feel.. I feel noticeably more focused, less anxious, maybe even a bit more motivated. I do sense the whole "brain fog" being gone now and have better mental clarity. Having to only take 1 pill is nice and you don't get any bad aftertaste. My stomach *can* be sensitive at times. I haven't had any issues with these pills. Size is a big on the bigger size, still no issues swallowing it. For the price, these pills are definitely worth it.

Loved the quality for the money compared to other brands. You only need one pill a day hence why pills are slightly larger. Doesn’t look like it has any fillers, no smell or taste. Easy to take and I’ve noticed improvements in my focus and energy No side effects so far either

This supplement worked amazing act almost immediately gave me energy and a sense of well being. I purchased a second bottle but it didn't seem to work as well as the first but I think it was a great purchased and it was at a good price point.
