It is lovely cream and not greasy. It soaks in immediately and is not sticky. I have psoriasis and my skin is very dry, I have tried lots of hand creams but this is the only one that works. My mum and my sister both use it. My sister who never uses hand cream as she has baby skin, remarked that her "crinkly" skin on her hands was a lot smoother just after one squirt of it! We are all over 50 and even though it doesn't state that it is for old bods it has greatly improved the look of our skin. We all would highly recommend it.

Having made a huge mistake in trying a so-called anti-aging hand cream which was so highly perfumed I just knew it would cause problems, I had such a bad reaction my hands looked like they had been burned.
