Fatboy Versipack

I originally bought a cheap copy version of this bag. It was OK but I wanted something in a non-military colour which was not available with the cheap. This cheap worked but this bag is in a different league. It is easy to carry as it sits firmly in place with or without the waist strap and easy to find contents in the various pockets. Having my reading glasses and phone in dedicated pockets is a vast improvement on riffing through other rubbish to see who is calling and answer a call. If I wanted to criticise I wish the phone pocket was a little wider and deeper. It just about takes my iPhone 5 but not in a bumber case.

I've had this item for over a year now, so it's time I wrote a review. My Versipack has been put to the test through Welsh weather during the winter and the hottest of sunshine from abroad. It has survived mud, rain, rough handling and been through the washing machine. It looks the same now as it did the day I received it. Since purchasing this I have made more Maxpedition purchases, as I am so pleased with the quality and design plus the ruggedness and water resilience. I would recommend this product to any person.

I don't normally go for pink things but this bag is the exception. Great quality item and the contrast foliage colour works well with the pink. I got this as a summer every day bag as it will be great for cycling and walking as it has a waist strap which keeps it secure to your body. The concealed pocket will be great for passport and documents when I am on holiday. Think I will get a dark one for winter use.

I bought this for my EDC and also for my CCW. Its sturdy and confortable. The olny thing i didnt like was the sleeve like top of the main compartment. Im going to replace the cord for a zipper.

It is smaller than I expected but that's me being fussy as I needed a nice quality maxpedition item as an overnight work bag with the E.D.C theme, this is an excellent bag, I'm soooooo chuffed with it, I scaled down my overnight work kit and every thing fits with room for a few bits and pieces of E.D.C kit.

got this at a good price (44.99) and i love maxpedition gear, generally its out of my range but when i can afford it i get it. you really do get what you pay for, and this is tough good quality stuff.

Great bag, ideal for carrying essential items daily.
