These are great for an energy boost, I keep them on hand if I get drowsy while working. They help me focus and be more alert as well. Ive noticed I do get jitters if I take one on an empty stomach so I make sure to eat beforehand.

For starters I have been looking for a supplement that helps get me through groggy afternoons with having two under two. I have been taking Adderall XR and has worked wonderfully, but decided to take a chance on this supplement because it was just a wee bit less expensive. Not only does this supplement have an incredibly short boost of energy it has also caused me to have insane headaches which I’ve never had taking any sort of energy booster. This feels more like I took a shot of espresso and have terrible jitters, I am not focused at all and has made me feel terrible all around. If you are looking for an adderall substitute this is not it.

I take adderall for my add and adhd but was trying to find something that would replace it... this did absolutely nothing. No energy no focus

I went into this assuming it was not going to work well, but to my surprise, it works very well. It feels similar to a previous prescription medication I was on but doesn’t have the negative effects that the prescription had with is great. However, the negative effects from this one is that I feel very nauseous at first and have general stomach/digestive issues. It goes away within 2 hours and then it’s just energy/focus. Overall I’m happy with this product and recommend it for anyone looking for a better alternative.

I want to start off by saying I thought this was a great product for the first month but after 2 months of taking it I started get nauseous, throwing up and severe stomach pains. I ended up in the ER 2 times and after being admitted to the hospital found out I have severe inflammation in my small intestines. I would NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone and will be flushing the rest of it!!!

I take Adderall XR on workdays but skip weekends and holidays. As often happens, I’ve found that I need my medication to maintain a baseline level of energy in order to be able to complete basic tasks and interact with my small child. Not wanting to take an amphetamine every day of my life, I’ve looked for alternatives. Relying on the positive reviews of this product, I ordered it and took my first dose on a Saturday morning. The first few hours mimicked the effects of Adderall surprisingly well. It wasn’t quite as effective, but it was a good approximation. After about five hours, however, I felt incredibly tired. I was with my first grader at a department store when I was overcome by crushing fatigue, and I felt it was necessary for safety reasons to drive us home before I felt too “out of it” to operate a vehicle. When I got home, I spent the rest of the day lying on the couch, dozing on and off. I had taken what was supposed to be non-drowsy OTC cold medication, however, to which I’m usually very sensitive, so I blamed the fatigue on that. I tried this product again the following weekend when I did not take any cold or allergy medicine, and again the first 4 or 5 hours were pleasant - I felt slightly nauseous, but I had good energy and focus. (I wasn’t concerned about the nausea because Adderall also made me nauseous at first, but that went away over time.) About 5 hours after taking a dose, I was overcome by fatigue, lay on the couch she fell into a very deep sleep for about 1.5 hours. After my husband woke me from my deep sleep, I spent the rest of the afternoon dozing on and off and was so exhausted I just couldn’t will myself to do anything. I went to bed early that night and slept like a rock until the next morning. The same thing happened the next day after waking - took a dose of this product, felt good for a few hours and then experienced an extreme crash - so at that point the conclusion was inescapable: This product gave me an extreme and debilitating crash after a few hours of heightened energy and focus. 12 hours of exhaustion in exchange for 4 or 5 hours of energy is not a sensible bargain for me. My sister takes these with no issues for added energy and appetite suppression (she describes the effects in both regards as mild, nothing extreme), so I gave her the rest of my bottle. I won’t go near these pills again. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it does suppress my appetite and gives me energy for a little while before it leaves me feeling totally debilitated.

I have tried many products over the years to help with my focus and lack of energy/ motivation. I can’t do caffeine because it makes me extremely hyper. Addyall is truly a life changing product. From day one I saw a change in my energy, it lasted all day. I could actually focus on what I needed to being doing vs have my mind being pulled 40 million different directions at one time. I kept waiting for jitters or to come crashing down hard, it never happened. I thought I must of just had a good day. The same good things happened on day 2, day 3 and so on. I have now included Addyall as part of my daily meds. I am so glad to have FINALLY found a product that actually does what it claims to do. I highly recommend trying Addyall to see the difference it can make in your life. Well worth the $30 for a 30 day supply
