Fine china hard shell storage containers, missing some felt dividers, otherwise great product.
Very nice product, pleased with the quality. Just not enough felt dividers provided. My shipment was missing the following felt dividers: 4 dinner plate size 4 small/salad plate size 12 saucer size (none provided for that container) It would be great to have those missing felt dividers sent to me, if possible, thanks.

Missing felt dividers
I ordered this set over other ones because it mentioned having felt dividers. Unfortunately, it didn't come with the dividers.

The stench!
This is the fourth set of China plate organizers I’ve ordered. I should have stuck with the ones I knew and love, but this was a gift and liked the color. The fabric isn’t pulled tight around the plastic molding which isn’t as strong as my other sets but worse was the strong unpleasant and almost indescribable stench when you remove the plastic, this is being returned immediately. Re-ordering the tried and true quality no stinky ones I’ve ordered in the past.

Horrible chemical smell
Unbelievable offgassing - I can not use these to store dishes in. The chemical smell is overwhelming. I am going to try to put carbon odor neutralizers into them to get rid of the smell. Very disappointed.
