Will these axles fit frenzy fr205s ?

If the wheels are the same width of a standard stunt scooters, I have had a look at a picture of the Frenzy FR205 and it is difficult to judge. sorry I can't give an accurate answer but at the price you don't have a lot to lose.

Do you have to get specific bolts to fit these wheels or will standard scooter bolts do?

No the bolts that come standard will fit the wheels I only bought this set because my son lost a bolt out of his scooter
