It works so well. After spending so much wasted time trying to stop the draught during the day this blanket is the best solution. The room is warmer with no cold draught from the fireplace throughout the day. It is quite large so if you have a small fireplace like mine use a cheap roll of velcro and size it to your needs. I honestly feel a difference. I hope this helps.

Packaging was simple. Comes with a storage bag and I believe sticky tape. Magnets are very strong. Like super strong. They kept clinging to the frame as I was trying to put the cover on. The nice thing is that even though the measurements aren’t exact, the sewing around the magnets gives enough space to move the magnets around within the cover to adjust to the fireplace frame. So I still got a nice fully covered fit.

My best purchase in a while. Our fireplace is gas. In 21 years we've used it once. Too expensive. We used insulation to help keep cold and heat out. It worked but was an eye sore. I stumbled on this a few days ago and decided to buy it. I put it up using the included velcro strips. They are on the thin side which is good. It keeps the cover flush with my fireplace. It makes for easy removal and includes a handy cloth bag for storage. The cover is nice with the diamond design and the material feels good. Its not thick or bulky. The edges are smooth and straight and well sewn. Waiting on summer to see how it does. I definitely recommend this. It makes my fireplace look so much better and complete.

I bought this for my daughters fireplace and when we received it it was not magnetic. You attach it to the fireplace with velcro strips which are so sticky that it peeled the paint off the fireplace.Would not recommend if you are looking for magnetic attachments because this one is not for you.I think they need to change the name of it and call it a Velcro Fireplace Cover!!!

I got this magnetic tarp to cover my fireplace since even with the hatch closed, we would still feel heat coming from outdoors when it was hot out (105°F+). I got this tarp and we can no longer feel excess heat coming from the fireplace, which keeps our indoors cooler and saves money on A/C!

I love the way it fits, how easy the magnetic connect to fireplace, I do not like that it’s very thin and you can feel cold air coming through the padding.

I bought the big one ,it fit perfect, I think it does some good,it makes me feel like I'm doing something to stop the draft. we will see this summer.

Not what I expected at all. very ,very, thin and the magnets are so small and doesnt hold.( I even tried on fridge and barely does anything at all) comes in a generic plastic bag with a small pkg of hooks I guess as there's no illustration of where or how.... certainly not worth the amount I paid for it. It did arrive quickly I can give it that....honestly a black garbage bag folded in half would be same result except not as nice obviously. would not buy again.

Pues es fina, no gruesa y tiene buena pinta. Trae los imanes adhesivos para la pared, no hace falta comprar cinta adhesiva para la pared. Buen material. Bonito. Lo recomiendo para tapar la chimenea cuando no se usa para que no entre calor tampoco y demás. Muy bien, lo recomiendo.

Arrived today and quickly stuck it over my bold Victorian metal fireplace and it immediately massively reduced the ait getting sucked up the chimney. There used to be a strong breeze coming through the door bit that has reduced to a feint trickle. It's an old house so that's a win for me
