My daughter loves this. She uses it for cramps or other minor discomforts and reports that it is very helpful. It covers most of her lower abdomen and seems to be of great quality, producing a good amount of heat that she can adjust to her liking.

After suffering with painful cramps for years, not being able to take Advil anymore, and stick-on heating patches not being hot enough, I am so relieved to finally have a solution. The three levels of heat are very different. I needed high heat today, and it worked like a charm! It charged quickly and was easy to operate. The price was right too!

Works good but battery charge is smaller than I would like. It is comfortable to use and very easy control system to work. Heating could be hotter but probably better for safety reasons and I like the vibrations setting more than I thought it really helps with the period cramps.

I love this thing. It is probably one of my best amazon finds. I use it constantly. It fits nicely, warms quickly, stays warm for a good amount of time and travels easily. The lowest setting is plenty warm for me. It does take a while to fully charge, but lasts every minute of that 3 hours.

I bought this for my daughter. She gets cramps pretty badly snd she said this helped her a lot. I get back pains and I borrowed it from her and it helped me relieve my back pain. The vibration was nice, the weight is comfortable, its great quality, the heat was nice, and ot was worth the money.

It works great, however I’m a very big woman and it doesn’t stay very well. I would recommend it for women that are not considered obese.

I use this for every cycle and/or cramps. No burns. Helps relieve pain. Use at work seamlessly when needed and at home. Helps pelvic area with good coverage. Very functional.
