I just purchased this the fruit and veggie mix. I dont see a manufacturer date or an expiration date anywhere on the bucket. When is expiration?

Don't really know if is vegan. It is freeze dried veggies and fruit. I have it to add to my store room of food. If we get to a situation I need to use it, I don't much care if it is vegan or not. We will have more important things to consider.

Great Price Great Product, I have sampled items out of this "can", and 100% endorse it as a great emergency food kit. Doing a test now to see how it fares in my vehicle, along with a three-wick candle to heat the water. Shelf life-With up to a 25 year shelf life.

Nice selection

This is a nice selection. The fruits however are in tiny little packages so you're not really getting a lot of those. Just your average freeze dried fruit/vegetables.

Mental Security Purchase

Glad to report - didn't end up needing these after the election happened.Packaged well is about the only way I can describe them. Its one of those 'buy it to ease your mind' type of purchases. Pray we never need it but we have it incase we do!

Great addition to full meal rations.

These are great and very quality. I have numerous different brands, and have tried many brands. It is nice to have this addition to the normal full meal packages. If you have tried the normal meal style freeze dried foods then you know after a while you have the need for more fruits and veggies. This is the perfect addition. Good value for the money. The size of bucket is smaller then a big bucket but it holds a lot of good quality options. The bucket seems more durable then the others and the seal looks good for long term storage.
