These are very small and not completely transparent. Are visible like white dots. don't seem to be silicone and not suitable to dampen big products. May be used as stoppers/cushions for small glass cabinets...

Its mentioned 3M , feels fine and the rubber feels soft so can use well for the padding purpose, tho dont expect the glue to work, we will need to apply a better adhesive to fix it on surfaces otherwise its worth the price.
