Works well once set up.
Bit fiddly to set up and could do with a volume control to make it a bit louder. That said it's been working well for a relative for six months so far. Used to remind him 5 times a day to take pills on time.

this is the 4th one of these that I have purchased because they keep breaking , ie the back has fallen off and we have not noticed until it is too late , My Husband has Dementia so he needs reminding to take his meds so I have no option but to keep replacing it

Medication reminder

Talking key ring
I love this key ring as it tells me the time and the date the voice is a man and it's loud enough for me I bought this as my eye sight is'nt very good and I am very pleased with it. But now I have lost the instructions and can't remember how to set the date on it.

Anleitung leider komplett auf Englisch,aber mit ein wenig technischem Verständnis lassen sich die Alarmzeiten problemlos einstellen u funktionieren auch!Nur leider gibt es nur die Zeitzonen Britisch oder USA und daher verschiebt sich Alarm immer um eine Std., echt blöd!Bei Einnahme von Medikamenten mit einhalten von vorgegebenen Zeitabständen hier in Deutschland nicht zu empfehlen!
