The sound is brilliant but it won’t charge my phone up only by usb I can’t understand it I thought it would charge it through wireless but it doesn’t work it says it will do a lot of phones I have 13 pro max and A55 Samsung won’t charge I don’t understand it

MobiRock is my first mobile dock hifi, when i first heard the sound, i just can't believed that music is from my mobile (Samsung note 3)! This really good over what i expected for! Before i heard many other products from my son, daughter, sister and friend's all dock hifi, but all unsatisfied! Because I want looking for a something special and high quality sound! When i read the product's details with 36 watt speaker and 3D sound! Then i know this is what i looking for! Also beautiful stylish look and fast charger, nice touch power, once set up bluetooth pairing, every time the power on will auto pairing! I am so happy bought this product! The sound is great if you use bluetooth but don't expect it to wireless-charge anything. We have lots of phones: Samsung S10, Samsung S22, Google Pixel 8, etc. This doesn't charge any of them wirelessly. But it does charge a phone via the usb slot at the back.

Item was defective - only one speaker worked - funny that the previous one I returned had the same issue!!!! They ask for the item to be returned and say they will refund the cost of return - they did neither - I had to ask Amazon to step in - they ignore messages. Really unprofessional service. DISGRACEFUL.

I bought this just for use around the house. For the price I paid this is a good little machine. When I cranknit up I can hear it all over the hiuse very clearly so now housework is done at a much faster pace. As for the charging, when I put my galaxy S8 onto the dock it does charge the phone, however, once it reaches 100% it doesn't continue to charge. The other day I put the phone o the dock when the battery was at 56% and as the music was playing I kept an eye on it to make sure it was charging. Once it reaced 100% I was happy that it worked as other reviews said it didn't charge their phone. I went upstairs cleaning for a couple of hours while my music was playing and when I had finished and came down to switch off music and remove my phone from the dock the battery was back down to 76%. So it did charge my phone but doesn't keep it charged. But still I like this device and am glad I bought it.

Was sceptical at first because of the price (low) but when I took it out of the box I knew it would be decent because of the weight of the speaker... set it up...and wow... for the price.... am blown away at the quality.... an absolute gem of a find
