My dog is insanely picky and has a list of annoying hard to deal with allergies. This food is trulyhigh quality. My dog smells so much better, looks shinier, eats at same time everyday now, stool looks good ( first time in months dog is regular) I had huge problems in the past. Pedigree made my dog smell horrible.I use taste of the wild dog food now. It seems to have the same ingredients and is less expensive(still pricey) and it comes in 30 pound bags. I suggest trying totw if u like or are interested in the grain free diet or are currently using blue. This dog food is fantastic and will be what my dog eats the rest of his life unless I somehow find better.I have dogs eat raw diets, b.a.r.f , all different kinds of kibble, cheap and crappy and expensive grain free and what I have learned is every dog is different. Not every dog does well with grain free.

We are weaning our poodle puppies at 5 weeks old and this food is a major hit. Mom loves it too!

I got this food as a sample from a local pet store. After a while I noticed my puppy had better digestion, stopped scratching so much, he became energized but not hyperactive. I ordered 25 lbs that will last him for about 6 mnth I think. I mix it with Tillman's treats to make sure he has a full 1,5 cup in the morning and 1 in the evening. So far works great! Even when I have to add medication he finishes plate in 10 min. I would recommend this brand. A bit expensive if you buy small bags and have a mid or large bread dogs but for small and petit this will work perfectly. Approximately, with the purchase of the big bag, I spend about $8 on food per month plus $12 on treats (Tilman's training treats are $6 per 8 oz last me 2 weeks each bag). This is way cheaper then reg prices at the pet store. Good quality food and suitable for a small dogs.

I am not sure how to review dog food. My dogs seem to like it, but they have never actually told me they like it. And then again, they like to eat deer poop in my yard, so maybe they are not the culinary geniuses I think they are?What I can say is since switching them over to this food we have noticed less gas from the dogs. They also seem energetic, have good sheen to their coats, and we have not had any more scratching/dry skin issues. Maybe the food is helping? Maybe the food is not? Hard to say, but they do seem to be doing well so I would assume the food is not hurting them. So we will continue to feed it to them.

First let me say: every dog is unique, so if you feed your dog something that upsets their tummy, it was likely just not the right food for your dog. It doesn't mean the food itself is bad for ALL dogs. Most dogs have some food sensitivities, so its your job to pay attention.I have had great success with this food. I appreciate that it is grain free & contains a good amount of fish oil.Neither my 2 dogs (including 1 with a sensitive stomach), nor my best friends dogs have ever had any digestive upset from it.My puppy's growth has been phenomenal. His coat is super shiny. And it seems to satisfy his appetite very well.

I started my puppy on Blue Buffalo Chicken and Rice Recipe (puppy) but she had frequent gas and loose stools. When I switched to the Freedom Grain-Free variety, this changed drastically. No more smelly,loose poops and way fewer horrific dog farts.She did enjoy eating both kinds though and both gave her a shiny, pretty coat.However, the grain free is definitely superior because aside from lacking grain it also contains fish oil, which the other puppy recipe doesn't have. You can see and smell the fish oil when you open a bag. It's super good for their coats and digestion.

Our vet said Blue Buffalo brand of dog food is the only one on the market that he'd feed his dog. It's worth every penny, our dogs have thrived since switching brands. He also said many people feed their pets "Old Roy", and while it must taste good , as most pets readily eat it, it's very poor nutritionally.....you get what you pay for! Blue Buffalo pet treats are equally great in quality, and most are a good price. HE SAID TO AVOID ANYTHING FROM CHINA AS THEIR TREATS HAVE CAUSED LOTS OF DEATH IN MANY ANIMALS.....SO BECOME A LABEL READER!

Yes three Goldens LOVE this food, fantastic for them. In fact I would say they prefer this food to most of their treats. They eat recommended servings size on bag. Growing fast and strong. I choose the grain free to help keep their weight down. All pups produce a soft stool makes picking up with a bag a little hard, make sure you get one the the yard poop scoopers.
