I recently requested a refund after receiving the wrong shoe size. I had ordered a size 39 but was sent a size 38.5. When I tried them on, they were incredibly tight, and I could barely squeeze my feet in. I was shocked to discover they had hidden the actual size with a white sticker, which made the mistake even more frustrating. I expected them to resolve the issue by sending a replacement, but instead, they simply refunded me without any effort to fix their error. This experience was very unprofessional and left me feeling extremely disappointed with their service.
